William Jacobitz

Bill brings more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate project management and operations, with a strong technical background supporting active construction projects. At Dembs Development, he provides operational and technical support throughout construction, resolving issues, managing project controls, and maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and quality.

He attended Ferris State University and holds a Certified Quality Manager certification through the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
