Spencer Vankirk

Spencer’s strong ability to understand client needs, build lasting relationships, and apply sound business strategy makes him a key contributor to the success of our tenants and real estate portfolio. As Vice President of Leasing and Acquisition, he oversees all leasing activity, including negotiating new leases and renewals, while identifying strategic acquisition opportunities to support the company’s growth. Spencer works closely with brokers, tenants, and internal teams to manage marketing efforts, respond to LOIs and RFPs, and ensure smooth execution of tenant buildouts and improvement projects. He also plays a critical role in acquisition due diligence and supports long-term asset planning. Spencer is a licensed real estate professional and holds a Finance degree from Grand Valley State University.
